Yes, you can request for supplementary cards but the supplementary cards will not be directly linked to your accounts. Card accounts will be created under your customer ID and the supplementary cards issued on the card accounts.
You can use the supplementary cards to manage monthly budget and they are also valuable for expense disbursement for the following:
• Petty Cash.
• Payroll Card Disbursement of wages and salaries to temporary and casual workers.
• Fuel/Fleet Card to streamline fleet management with better data and control.

  • It is reloadable
  • Cash - You can deposit cash into the card account of your supplementary card at any Access Bank branch by simply completing a deposit slip and making payments at the Counter.
  • Funds Transfer - Transfer funds from any bank account into the card account printed behind the card.
You can load money into your card anytime. The maximum cumulative balance on a supplementary card is N5M at any given time.

You can check your balance via:
  • The ATM.
  • Our alternative channels- AccessMobile, AccessOnline and USSD.
  • You will receive SMS notifications and Monthly account statements for all transactions done using your card.
Place a call immediately to the Access Bank Contact Center on 01-2712005-7 and request that the card be blocked immediately or visit any Access Bank branch. You will be asked a few questions to show that you are the actual owner of the card.
Access Business Debit Card can be used for cash withdrawals, purchase and web transactions.
All online transactions require your card number, 3-digit CVV number at the back of your card and the expiry date. Some websites with additional layer of security will require a One-Time Password (OTP) which will be sent to your registered phone number and email address with Access Bank.

Access Business Debit Card have higher transaction limits compared to cards issued on personal accounts and the card can be used to access discounts in specific merchant locations. The current offers are in the Appendix of this document.

It takes a minimum of 3-5 business days from the day of request. (Instant issuance will soon be available).
Access Business Debit Cards are activated by generating a PIN on any Access Bank ATM or on POS terminal at any Access Bank Branch.
Yes, your card has a validity period of three (3) years from date of issue.
A new card will be automatically reissued a month before your active card expires.

Your PIN (Personal Identification Number) is the four-digit number you impute when you activate your card. It is required to authenticate transactions done on the card.

 

No, your PIN is your personal information that should not be disclosed to a third party.
