  • Letter of Employment/Confirmation/Last Promotion
  • Offer and Acceptance Letter specifying the price, property description and location.

  • Duly completed Mortgage Application Form
  • Customer is to provide any form of Nigerian identification, such as a Certificate of Nationality, Voter's Card, NIN, Driver's License, or Nigeria International Passport. Expired Nigerian identification documents are also acceptable.
  • Evidence of tax payment for customers in the USA, Canada, and the UK.
  • Statement of Bank Account for the last 12months where salary is paid.
  • Evidence of Residence from the country they are applying from.
