  • Access Mobile App: Log in to the Access app, select the option ‘ATM List’ from the ‘Customer Service’ Menu, and find the closest ATM from the displayed list.
  • Diamond Mobile App: Click on the “Find Us” option and select “ATM near you” when you log into your Diamond mobile app.

Our ATMs are user friendly and simplified with straight-through processes. You can also transact in your preferred local Nigerian language between Hausa, Igbo, or Yoruba. However, if you need more help while transacting, our Security Operatives are readily available to guide you.
No, Access Bank staff would never ask you for your ATM Card details or PIN. Always ensure you input your PIN yourself where required while being assisted.
Simply send a copy of your declined transaction receipt to cc-ombudsman@ACCESSBANKPLC.com or present it to any branch close to you. You will get a refund for your failed transaction within 24 hours! (T&Cs apply)
If your failed transaction receipt is unavailable, kindly send an email to contactcenter@accessbankplc.com with the details of the transaction such as date, amount, first six and the last four digits of the Access Bank card used, and Bank’s ATM where the failure occurred. You can also call 07003000000.
Follow the steps below to retrieve ATM card in line with regulatory requirement:
1. Access Bank Card Trapped at an Access ATM – make a report at the host branch and the card will be retrieved after you have been duly identified.
2. Access Bank Card Trapped at Another Bank’s ATM: you can request for an instant replacement at any Access Branch near you, initiate a replacement using the mobile app or online banking service, or call our 24-hour Contact Center on +234 1- 2712005-707003000000
3. Other Bank’s Card Trapped at an Access Bank ATM: Contact the issuing bank to request a new card.

The daily ATM withdrawal limit ranges from N100,000 – N300,000 naira depending on your card type. Click Here to view daily limits for all Access Bank Cards.
To change your ATM language from the default English to either Hausa, Igbo or Yoruba, simply insert your card into the ATM and select your preferred language from the displayed options.

  • Do not share your PIN or card details with anyone including security operatives or other bank officials.
  • When typing in your pin, cover the keypad so others can’t see.
  • Upon completion of your transaction, remember to remove your card, cash, and any printed documents such as receipts or statements.
  • Put your money and ATM card away before you leave the ATM. 
  • Take your receipts with you so potential criminals will not know the amount withdrawn or your account balance.
