No, Access Bank staff would never ask you for your ATM Card details or PIN. Always ensure you input your PIN yourself where required while being assisted.

Simply send a copy of your declined transaction receipt to cc-ombudsman@ACCESSBANKPLC.com or present it to any branch close to you. You will get a refund for your failed transaction within 24 hours! (T&Cs apply)

If your failed transaction receipt is unavailable, kindly send an email to contactcenter@accessbankplc.com with the details of the transaction such as date, amount, first six and the last four digits of the Access Bank card used, and Bank’s ATM where the failure occurred. 1. Access Bank Card Trapped at an Access ATM – make a report at the host branch and the card will be retrieved after you have been duly identified.
2. Access Bank Card Trapped at Another Bank’s ATM: you can request for an instant replacement at any Access Branch near you, initiate a replacement using the mobile app or online banking service, or call our 24-hour Contact Center on +234 1- 2712005-7; 07003000000
3. Other Bank’s Card Trapped at an Access Bank ATM: Contact the issuing bank to request a new card.
