Requirements for Receiving Payments

Beneficiaries can collect funds at any Access Bank branches by providing the following:

  • PIN
  • Expected Amount.
  • Acceptable means of identification.
  • Sender’s name and address.
  • Receiver’s name, address, and phone number.

Eligibility

This service is available to both account holders and walk-in-customers who are above 18 years.

Acceptable Means of Identification

  • Nigerian International Passport/Foreign Passport.
  • Driver’s License.
  • Permanent Voters card.
  • National Identity Card.
  • Verified BVN.

Pick-up Cash in US Dollars

Customers and non-customers can pick-up cash in US Dollars at any of our branches or have deposited directly into their domiciliary account upon receipt of foreign currency.

To pick up cash at any of our branches, the customer must carry any of the below valid means of identification:

  • BVN
  • Nigerian Driver’s License
  • International Passport.
  • Permanent Voter’s Card
  • NIMC ID card
