Employee Volunteers

Access Bank is firmly committed to volunteering initiatives. The Bank demonstrates this commitment by encouraging its employees to volunteer for community development while ensuring sustainability and impact.

Our employees continue to contribute to the socio-economic development of our host communities by creating an enabling environment, providing economic empowerment for our people and support for the communities where we operate.

Over the years, more than 25,000 people have benefitted from our employee volunteering initiatives across Nigeria. These initiatives cut across several areas of the Bank's community investment projects such as the Arts, Health, Education, Sports and the Environment.

Notable projects undertaken by our employees include: capacity building for the girl-child, delivery of an ultra-modern secondary school laboratory, scholarship and excellence award/rewards to school students, support for children with special needs and abilities, exhibition of arts and crafts for children living with Down syndrome, and sponsorship of corrective surgery for kids.
