Diligent IT Contract and License Utilization Manager to join our IT Governance, Strategy & Partnerships team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all capabilities paid for in IT contracts and Licenses are fully utilized by the bank, maximizing the benefits from our contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in IT contract management, vendor management, or a similar role.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT contracts, SLAs, and vendor management principles.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and analyze all IT contracts with vendors to understand the capabilities and benefits included.
Ensure that all capabilities and benefits stipulated in the contracts are fully utilized by the bank.
Monitor and track the performance of vendors against SLAs to ensure compliance and optimal service delivery.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and ensure full leverage of vendor-provided capabilities.
Identify and address any discrepancies or areas where the bank is not fully utilizing the contracted capabilities.
Maintain detailed records of contract terms, performance metrics, and utilization reports.
Communicate regularly with vendors to ensure a clear understanding of expectations and resolve any issues that arise.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of contract utilization and vendor performance.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Contract Utilization Rate: Percentage of capabilities and benefits utilized versus those stipulated in the contracts.
Vendor Compliance Rate: Percentage of vendors meeting their SLAs and contract terms.
Issue Resolution Time: Average time taken to resolve discrepancies or issues with vendor performance or contract utilization.
Cost Savings: Financial benefits achieved through full utilization of contract capabilities and negotiated improvements.
Stakeholder Satisfaction: Feedback from internal departments regarding the effectiveness of vendor services and contract utilization.
Reporting Accuracy: Timeliness and accuracy of reports provided to senior management on contract utilization and vendor performance.
