Access Bank Zambia Participates in
The Annual Financial Literacy Week Programme
Financial Literacy Week which was celebrated between 22nd to 28th March 2021 is an annual public awareness campaign pushing financial literacy concepts to better the financial lives of people all over the world.
This contributes to the vision of the National Strategy on Financial Education for Zambia for citizens to have the knowledge, understanding, skills and confidence to make prudent financial decisions for themselves, their families and their communities.
The theme for this year- Take care of your health, take care of your money. The key message- Safeguarding a positive, healthy and cautious attitude towards money and aspirations to live a better life at an early age.
Access Bank Zambia joined the rest of the world through various outreach
activities such as welcoming a visit to the Bank branch by Great North Road Academy school students ages 13-18 to whom a presentation was made.
The Bank also spread the literacy message by showcasing our products through radio shows, social media and a partnered event with Junior Z KidPreneur Save. Let us continue spreading the literacy message where we can and take on this responsibility.
Although FLW may be over, we know that this is a programme that needs to continue and is very dear to our African hearts. Let us continue spreading the literacy message where we can and take on this responsibility.
