INFO ZONE Markets is the first “M” in my
career I learned to always create solutions that would help customers gain access to More Markets.
Methods is the second “M”. I learned that if I create a solution that helps improve the current operational methods, they would most likely give me all their business.
And finally, the last M stands for Message. I learned to pitch to customers the idea that we are here to help them amplify their message and help them reach the world.
While using the MMM approach to create value for external customers, I also learned that I must constantly create innovative
solutions that would help the Bank achieve revenue growth, cost reduction or customer growth.

On a lighter note, I would say my mantra is “We Move!”
And it basically depicts a passion for continuous advancement in knowledge, skill and excellence.
