Creation/Update of a mailing list should always bear the approval of the Group Head or Zonal Head
Access Admin can only enable disabled profile on the domain after the requester obtains concurrence from HR
Reinstatement of a user’s deleted profile must be approved by HR before Access Admin can treat
Change of name must be approved by HR before Access Admin treats
Once an exit request is treated by Access Admin, the user would no longer have access to his/her NT profile and emails
Before a request for vendor creation/enabling on the domain Is sent to Access Admin;
-The request must be approved by HR
-The vendor’s length of stay must be stated.
