Updated security features on Microsoft Teams
In a bid to ensure better security, we have updated our online meeting platform as follows:
• Meeting recording is disabled for all users except for the meeting organizer and key stakeholders.
• Organizers can however give permission to other users to record the meeting.
• Only meeting organizers can admit ‘guest’ or ‘unauthenticated’users to the meeting.
• By default, the organizer is the only one with rights to ‘present’.
• The organizer can also designate presentation rights to any participant(s).
