Guys, guess what? I got promoted. I actually wrote this post ahead because I knew I was going to get promoted. Yes, call me cocky, I know.
Although I am happy, I must say I'm a little sad. I thought with the salary increase, I'd have more savings, but guess what? The only thing that has increased is my appetite for food and luxury.
Just last week, I was browsing online for apartments in Ikoyi and even went to view some of them. I have no idea where I thought I'd get the rent from. Wishful thinking. I know.
Now to something more within my tax bracket, for my next leave, I plan to go on holiday to an exclusive location. I'm thinkingBaliorMadagascar.
And yes. I'll be flying first class. My status has changed.
