from home effectively
The HR Culture and Organizational Development team in collaboration with HR Business partners and Country HR conducted an engagement session with ET and ABO’s on their thoughts about working remotely. This exercise was executed across the Bank and its subsidiaries.
Employees shared their personal and team aspirations, as well as their experiences working from home and the changes they have encountered along the way while adapting to our new normal.
Here are some of the successes celebrated by employees along this journey.
